1. Orders and agreements
These terms apply to all orders and agreements concluded via the website of AJE Design B.V. in which AJE Design B.V. is a party. The door handle hook forms part of the general terms and conditions.
By entering into an agreement with AJE Design B.V., you accept these terms.
2. Terms
AJE Design B.V. reserves the right to amend these terms and the content of the online web store.
3. Exceptions
With written consent from AJE Design B.V., exceptions to certain terms may be made in special cases.
4. Agreement
The agreement between AJE Design B.V. and you is formed when you place an order on the website of AJE Design B.V. by correctly completing your personal details, clicking the order button, and once the purchase amount has been received by us.
5. Proof of transfer / electronic communication
The administration of AJE Design B.V. serves, unless proven otherwise, as proof of the orders you placed with AJE Design B.V., payments made, and deliveries carried out by AJE Design B.V. AJE Design B.V. acknowledges that electronic communication may serve as evidence. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge this as well.
6. Delivery
After receipt of your payment, the order will be processed. If delivery is delayed, you will be notified as soon as possible, but no later than 14 working days after your payment has been received.
7. Shipping
Your order is delivered by a certified transport company to the address you provided. You will receive a track & trace code to stay informed about the delivery.
8. Risk and transport
When we deliver, the risk during transport of the products you ordered is borne by AJE Design B.V. and passes to you upon delivery at the address you provided. AJE Design B.V. is not responsible if the carrier fails to meet agreed delivery times.
Upon delivery, check the packaging for damage. If damage is found, it will be determined in consultation with the driver whether the shipment is returned. If the shipment is not returned, you may still file a claim within 2 days of delivery if the door handle hook is damaged or parts are missing.
9. Shipping costs
Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium is included in the price.
10. Right of withdrawal
You have the statutory right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days without giving reasons.
11. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive a refund of all payments made up to that point, without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days after your order has been received back.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. No charges are applied for such refunds. Refunds are processed once the goods have been received back. You will never receive more than the amount you paid.
12. Returns
Returns must be in impeccable and unused condition. Where reasonably possible, include the original packaging and delivery note. If you no longer have the original packaging, you may return the items in another box.

13. Data management and privacy
AJE Design B.V. complies with the Personal Data Registration Act. Personal data you provide to AJE Design B.V. will only be used internally by AJE Design B.V. staff for shipping products and verifying payment to AJE Design B.V.
14. Warranty claim
In case of defects, you must report the complaint to AJE Design B.V.
15. Liability
AJE Design B.V. accepts no liability resulting from improper or irresponsible use of the products sold.
16. Complaints, filing a claim
If parts are damaged or missing upon delivery, you may file a claim by email or letter.

17. Dutch law
